WorldOfDogs.net participates in affiliate programs that allow us to earn small commissions when readers click certain links or make purchases through our website — at no additional cost to you.
This disclosure explains how affiliate links work on our site and how they help support the content we create.
1. What are affiliate links?
Some of the links on this website are affiliate links.
This means:
- if you click a link
- and buy a product or service from our partner
- we may earn a small commission
The price you pay is exactly the same, whether you use our link or go directly to the retailer.
Affiliate links help us maintain and improve the site, write new guides, and keep our content free for all visitors.
2. Our affiliate partners
We only use affiliate programs related to dogs and dog ownership.
This may include:
- dog food, treats, and nutrition products
- beds, harnesses, collars, leashes
- grooming tools and accessories
- toys, enrichment items, and training gear
- travel carriers and safety equipment
- health, wellness, and lifestyle products for dogs
We may participate in programs such as:
- Amazon Associates
- Chewy Affiliate Program
- Pet-related brand partners
- Other dog product affiliate networks
We do not participate in unrelated affiliate programs.
3. How we choose products to recommend
Our recommendations are based on:
- usefulness in real homes
- comfort and safety for dogs
- honest comparison and research
- overall owner experience
- long-term value
We never recommend products solely for commission.
If something appears on this site, it’s because we believe it can genuinely help dog owners.
4. Sponsored content
Occasionally, brands may collaborate with us on:
- sponsored articles
- product features
- long-form reviews
- expert interviews
All sponsored content:
- is clearly marked
- follows our editorial standards
- must be relevant to dog owners
- cannot compromise reader trust
We decline promotions unrelated to dogs or those that do not meet our quality guidelines.
5. Advertising (Google AdSense)
World of Dogs displays Google AdSense ads.
These ads are managed by Google and may be personalized based on your browsing behavior.
AdSense ads are separate from affiliate links.
Clicking an ad may generate revenue, but it does not affect which products we choose to recommend.

6. How affiliate income supports our site
Revenue from affiliate links helps us cover:
- hosting and server costs
- software licenses
- security services (Cloudflare)
- research and writing time
- maintenance and updates
- creating new breed profiles and guides
This ensures that our content stays free, accessible, and regularly updated for dog owners.
7. Your trust matters
Transparency is important to us.
We always want you to feel confident that:
- our recommendations are honest
- our reviews are unbiased
- we only promote products that fit real dog owners’ needs
If you have questions about affiliate links or product recommendations, feel free to contact us.
